Texas Concealed Hangun License Class (CHL)

Jandal Precision offers a "One-Stop Shop" class for your Texas Concealed Handgun License. We not only provide you with an entertaining and engaging presentation of the classroom portion of CHL and Range Qualification, but also provide your fingerprinting, passport photos and notary services for the required affidavits. We are able to accomplish this all in a single day course. We also provide lunch; our World Famous Certified Criollo Grass Fed Beef Criollo Burgers. Now, a little more about our CHL classes:

Texas Law mandates that the CHL course be at least 10 hrs in length to include the range qualification. Because of this, and the desire to finish in 1 day, we will start the class at 8:00 AM sharp and plan on finishing a little after 6 PM on the range. We are a one stop shop for CHL, as I will provide you with your Passport Photo, Notarize your affidavits, and take your fingerprints. No need to drive all over town to finalize your application! The price of the class is $125 per person ($75.00 for renewals), inclusive of Passport Photo, Fingerprints, and Notary Service, and grilled Criollo Burgers for lunch, made from our famous Certified Criollo Grass Fed Beef, raised right here on the Jandal Ranch www.LeanAndTenderBeef.com.

You have several options concerning the Texas CHL application packet. You can either print out the attached .pdf file, send it to the State of Texas. They will mail you your CHL Application packet. Or you can apply online, pay for your license, and the State of Texas will send you your application package partially filled-in (recommended). If you don't receive your application package before the class, not to worry, you can turn in your application anytime within 2 years of taking the class....but the passport photo needs to have been taken within 6 months of sending in your application.

Please bring Ear & Eye Protection for the pistol range, and don’t forget your handgun (.32 Cal Minimum…no Maximum). You will need 100 rounds of ammunition, 50 are required for qualification the extra 50 are for if you fail to qualify the first time. Please be familiar with your firearm. If handguns are brand new to you, please contact me and we can arrange for a little range coaching ahead of time…or if you plan on purchasing a handgun here, we are a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer, have examples of most popular handguns used for concealed carry, and the best prices around! I recommend qualifying with a semi-automatic pistol, which will, once licensed, allow you to carry either a semi-automatic or a revolver.

Be prepared to have a little fun and meet some pretty neat people, while we learn about Texas' CHL laws, and qualify for your license.
